Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify our core principles of Accountability, Collaboration, and Flexibility.
  • Efficiently allocate production resources to fulfill daily customer requirements.
  • Perform inspections to guarantee compliance with facility standards and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Ensure that daily output meets or surpasses quality benchmarks.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational challenges, applying immediate solutions or escalating issues when required.
  • Maintain precise daily documentation, including inventory, labor, and error codes in SAP.
  • Advocate for Continuous Improvement initiatives and lead daily shift commencement meetings.
  • Provide immediate feedback to team members, recognizing strengths and identifying areas for enhancement.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate degree or two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Required Competencies

Work Environment

  • May require repetitive movements and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be capable of standing for prolonged periods and working across various shifts.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety glasses, respirators, and steel-toed footwear is necessary.
  • Typical conditions of a manufacturing environment.
