We are seeking a Medication Technician to support the care and well-being of our residents at Fair Oaks Estates.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate with the resident care director on resident changes and medication updates
* Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations
* Follow medication guidelines and protocols
* Assist residents with medication administration
* Document resident care and medication administration
* Assist with medication room tasks and emergencies
* Collaborate with caregivers to ensure resident care is provided per assessment
