Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with onsite staff and subcontractors to adhere to project timelines
  • Engage with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
  • Conduct quality control assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain thorough records of labor and material costs
  • Efficiently complete assigned tasks while meeting company quality expectations
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols
  • Perform facility maintenance and general labor tasks as needed
  • Notify the project team of any potential conflicts or delays
  • Assist in completing project lists and warranty items
  • Ensure a clean and safe job site and work environment

Essential Functions:

  • Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks
  • Engage in physical labor, including standing, walking, and climbing
  • Work in confined or challenging spaces

  • Communicate effectively in person and via phone
  • Adhere to all safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, commercial carpentry, or construction supervision
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
