Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Health Nutritionist to join our team at My Florida Corp Defunct. As a key member of our health promotion team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing nutrition programs to improve the health and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Certify and recertify women, infants, and children for participation in the WIC Program
  • Provide nutrition assessment and counseling services to WIC clients, documenting counseling in client records using the SOAP format
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for clients
  • Select, develop, and evaluate client education materials, including preparing bulletin boards and conducting group instruction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in the State of Florida
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Prior experience working with the WIC Program is preferred
