Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Hydromat. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and components, and for developing and implementing quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct analysis and inspections to ensure the quality of products and components
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
  • Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities to the team
  • Document data obtained during all quality assurance activities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic gage verification and gage calibration
  • Work with computer software and databases such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Work in a fast-paced, multi-functioned environment while maintaining a positive collaborative professional demeanor

Requirements:

  • High School diploma with at least three years of experience in an industrial environment or any combination of education and experience in quality assurance, statistics, or numerical analysis
  • Motivation from problem-solving abilities and complete assignments with little supervision
  • Ability to create complex CMM Programs
  • Experience in a Quality Lab Environment with efficient use of hand measuring tools, open granite set ups
  • Strong practical knowledge of GD & T
  • Ability to work with computer software and databases such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Work Schedule:

We generally work first shift Monday-Friday
