Front Desk Coordinator

Rose Hill Health and Rehab is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for visitors, residents, and vendors, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day operations of our front desk.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing visitors, and performing various administrative tasks.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors, residents, and vendors, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail handling, as assigned by the administrator or supervisor.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with staff, residents, and visitors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Communication Skills: Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff, residents, and visitors.
• Awareness of Environment: Demonstrate awareness of the facility's environment and take steps to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy atmosphere.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including confidentiality and resident rights.
