Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate team members based on the quality of their work against established project standards and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing performance within Call Center Operations.
  • Assist in the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of project reports and performance metrics.
  • Regularly identify the training needs of staff concerning processes and policies related to client operations and devise plans to address these needs.
  • Conduct quality assurance monitoring activities.
  • Support the assessment of performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Stay informed about operational policies and procedures, aiding in the development of new protocols and updating existing ones as necessary.
  • Help create and revise staff resource materials, including quick reference guides, matrices, charts, and workflows.
  • Provide assistance with staff training as required.
  • Meet all performance standards as outlined in the relevant criteria.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Additional training or education in a specialized area may be beneficial.
  • Ability to work on routine assignments with responsibilities that can be easily learned on the job.
  • Develop job skills and understand applicable policies and procedures to complete standard tasks.
  • Capable of reading, comprehending, and executing assignments within set guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate routine information clearly and accurately with both internal and external contacts.
