Job Overview

Reporting To: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring precise and timely documentation.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Assist the general accounting, tax, and cost accounting teams with various projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience in Finance and Business Administration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks & SAP is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

This position typically requires the use of standard office equipment, including a laptop and mobile phone. The employee is expected to spend extended periods sitting, typing, and working on a computer. There may be a need to occasionally lift and transport items. Compensation: The estimated base hourly rate for this position is $20.50. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency and represents a good faith estimate of what is expected to be paid for this role.
