Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at REtokens. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for implementing efficient financial systems and ensuring the company's financial operations are consistent, transparent, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement structured systems for financial processes such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow tracking.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the CEO, COO, external CPA, and other team members to optimize financial reporting, enhance expense tracking, and support the strategic financial direction of the company.
  • Lead initiatives such as implementing new accounting systems, managing budgets, and producing clear financial insights for leadership.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Experience doing accounting or bookkeeping in the real estate or securities industry is a major plus.
