Bay State Community Services, Inc. is committed to developing our staff and offers a comprehensive weekly Professional Development and Growth Seminar with colleagues. These seminars are designed to assist with competencies needed for licensure, covering topics such as diagnosing, ethics and boundaries, clinical considerations, and substance use disorder treatment.

Requirements:- Master's degree in mental health fields such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Clinical Psychology, etc., with a plan to obtain license (i.e., LMFT, LICSW, and LMHC).
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in child and family treatment (assessment, treatment planning, outcome measurement).
