Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute job responsibilities in accordance with the Bourbon Steak service standards.
- Complete all assigned side work efficiently and effectively.
- Engage in pre-shift meetings to familiarize yourself with new menu offerings.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service at all times.
- Communicate menu features and updates to guests as needed.
- Address any inquiries regarding menu items, beverages, and other guest questions.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs.
- Comprehend orders taken by servers, including any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Assist the kitchen staff in expediting food to the dining area.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming orders and the status of tables awaiting food service.
- Utilize position numbers and appropriate service language consistently.
- Keep the expediter station and kitchen well-stocked with necessary supplies throughout service.
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the restaurant's high standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dining area and service stations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to restaurant operations.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computational and computer skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with proper table settings and service ware.
- Ability to describe menu items, pricing, and preparation methods effectively.
- Knowledge of service guidelines as outlined in the Food Runner/Back Server Manual.

Physical and Mental Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Capability to lift trays or food items weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed.
- Good vision and hearing capabilities are essential.
