Job Summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Activity Security Representative II to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classification Reviews: Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Document Accountability: Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Classified Mail Processing: Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Material Destruction: Perform destruction of classified materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Magnetic Media Accountability: Process magnetic media for accountability to ensure secure storage and handling.
  • Reproduction Support: Provide reproduction support for classified materials to ensure timely and accurate duplication.
  • Daily Logs: Maintain various daily logs for administrative functions associated with document control.
  • Data Processing: Assist in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files to ensure secure and timely transmission.
  • Customer Database: Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Visit Notices: Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Facility Visits: Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs to ensure secure and controlled access.
  • Facility Access Control: Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges and conduct entry and exit inspections to ensure secure access.
  • Access Control Systems: Assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, including visitor control, to ensure secure and controlled access.
  • Personnel Security Files: Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Follow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Security Awareness: Provide support for the security awareness and education programs to ensure a culture of security within the organization.
  • Administrative Support: Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative.
  • Security Clearance Processing: Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions.
  • SAP Compliance Inspections: Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of government organizations and industry to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Top Secret Control: Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence to ensure secure storage and handling.
  • Classified Mail Preparation: Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Program Access Requests: Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility.
  • Special Access Program Nomination Process: Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Candidate Reviews: Conduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS), and SAPNP reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP access to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Access Data System: Perform data entry and record checks in the Air Force Access Data System (AFADS) and maintain all customer-sponsored personnel access information current.
  • Indoctrinations: Perform indoctrinations to ensure new personnel are aware of security protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
  • Experience: 3-5 years related experience, including Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
  • Training: Must complete the DoD SAPCO-approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions).
  • Active Duty: Prior active duty in the U.S. Air Force is a plus.
