Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Assist with menu planning and inventory management to ensure optimal food quality and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Previous line cook experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak and read English fluently.

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with benefits eligibility. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, based on position.

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00, with the potential for increases based on experience and performance.
