Duties
  • Represent the company to members and conduct medical management and health education programs.
  • Analyze and provide data for regulatory reports.
  • Develop and implement care plans and coordinate care services.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 3 years direct clinical care experience or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
  • Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
