As a Young Learners Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team, ensuring a smooth operation of our program, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. You will be responsible for coordinating program logistics, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our educators.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, vacation days, 401K matching, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role.
