Role Responsibilities

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our high-volume restaurant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the General Manager in various operational tasks
  • Helping in the recruitment, coaching, training, and development of team members
  • Directing and assigning tasks to team members
  • Fostering a positive work environment
  • Expediting food service and aiding in food preparation
  • Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards

Compensation

Starting pay rates range from $45,000 to $65,815 annually.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong leadership and customer service skills, demonstrating integrity and accountability at the managerial level. Additional qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • A minimum of one year of experience in food service management
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule
