Senior Business Development Associate

We are a small, fast-paced, high-performing group dedicated to driving innovation and growth at DoorDash. Our team is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the retail and logistics verticals.
As a Senior Associate, Emerging Retail Partnerships, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Accountabilities- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, including leading enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers, to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that meet the changing needs of the market.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, client success, consulting, banking or strategic partnerships in technology or high-growth / early-stage startups.
- 3+ years of cross-functional operational experience.
- Retail, ecommerce, or logistics industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Comfortable with data (SQL) and making decisions based on imperfect data.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
