About the Role

Moxie Woodfire Grill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishware Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for our dining areas and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized dishware supply
  • Ensure a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available for kitchen staff
  • Clean work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
  • Follow safety and sanitation rules and practices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
