About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Team Member to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all dishes, flatware, and glassware are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Sort and store all dishware and flatware to prevent loss or damage.
  • Assist other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during peak periods.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including floors, walls, and drains.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and walking or standing 100% of shift.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Self-motivation and discipline to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
