Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse at vTech Solution, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be utilized to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with a variety of medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float between units to ensure efficient care delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Develop and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in on-call rotations as required
Requirements:
- 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Experience with post-cardiac procedures and IV cardiac medications/drips
- Ability to work weekends with 6 shifts per month
