In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the sterile processing department, ensuring that all medical instruments are properly sterilized and processed before being used in patient procedures. Your expertise in AAMI/AAAHC standards and knowledge of instrumentation decontamination, prepping/packaging, and sterilization processes will be invaluable in this role.

The salary for this position is $ $64,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive wages, excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance options, generous paid time off, 401(k) + company contributions, and a team-oriented atmosphere that values each employee's work-life balance.

About the Role: The Sterile Processing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising sterile processing technicians, operating equipment, and performing quality control checks on sterilized instruments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of the sterilization processes and reporting any issues or concerns to management.

Requirements:
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRST)
  • Two years' experience in Sterile Processing required
  • CPR training within 90 days of hire
  • High school graduate or equivalent
