Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Florida Medical Clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Verify patient eligibility and benefits
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule patient appointments and register patients in our system
  • Process medical record releases and assist with patient communication

Requirements:
