Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Director to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant services. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, service, and profitability in our food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of front-of-house employees, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to set up and staff banquets and weddings, showcasing our team's expertise and dedication.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare comprehensive reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a positive role model, fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and continuous improvement among team members.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, motivate, and coach team members.
  • Proficiency in using computers, F&B software, databases, reservations systems, and property management systems.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
