Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mount Carmel, a part of Trinity Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The LPN will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support and care to patients in a sensitive and compassionate manner
  • Assisting with clinical procedures, such as phlebotomy, lab testing, and patient education
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a School of Practical Nursing
  • A current license in good standing to practice as a practical nurse in the State of Ohio
  • One to two years of previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
