About the Job

We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker Specialist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. This is a part-time position that offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess the social, emotional, and support needs of our patients and their families.
* Develop measurable objectives in conjunction with our rehab team to help patients achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to understand the significant social and emotional factors related to patient health problems.
* Provide instruction and counseling to patients and families on treating and coping with social and emotional responses connected with illnesses.

Requirements

* Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
* Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice
* Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnosis
* CPR certification required

Salary Information
