Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in leading and scaling a high-growth startup, ideally one with private equity or venture funding and a workforce of 25 or more.
- Bachelor's Degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Experience with Profit & Loss responsibilities at the General Manager level or equivalent senior position.
- A proven history of successfully launching and developing product offerings and building high-performing teams from the ground up.
- Ability to cultivate trust, confidence, consensus, and relationships among executives, partners, and team members.
- Experience with corporate governance practices.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Capacity to perform under pressure, effectively plan personal workload, and delegate tasks.
