Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate ideas for new packaging designs, analyzing customer needs and production feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and develop innovative packaging solutions.
  • Produce samples and create production specifications from prototypes and drawings.
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping.
Requirements
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative and creative packaging solutions with a focus on manufacturability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in corrugated packaging or a related field.
  • Proficient skills with ArtiosCAD, Kongsberg table, or similar tools.
  • Experience in a corrugated production/manufacturing facility.
