What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a diverse range of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality care in-office or in testing centers.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, and utilize your specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
As a leader in our organization, you will also have the opportunity to supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues and contribute to the development of our clinical teams.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Illinois, obtained before your One Medical start date
- An interest in Sports Medicine is preferred
