Primary Care Physician

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at ChenMed. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess and manage acute and non-acute clinical problems
- Perform and document physical assessments and patient histories
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
- Current, active MD licensure in state of employment
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting
- Minimum 2 years' clinical leadership experience
