As an Engineering Intern in the ID1 - High Volume Manufacturing Engineering group, you'll join our team in supporting our 300mm semiconductor processes and equipment used at a state-of-the-art fabrication facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support 300mm semiconductor processes and equipment
  • Work in the clean room fabrication environment
  • Assist in product defect investigations and maintenance of tools and processes
  • Work with fab tool automation systems and software
  • React to SPC data and investigate/correct causes for SPC notifications
  • Create Quality Deviation Reports or Engineering Change Notices
Qualifications:
  • Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize issues and tasks
  • PC skills in Microsoft Office applications and JMP
  • Possess a continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor
  • Drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding and working knowledge of SPC and Design of Experiments
  • Proficient in one or more scripting, programming and visualization tools
  • Advanced problem-solver with data intuition and data visualization skills
  • Experience or knowledge of data collection, warehousing systems, and data cleansing
Education:

Junior Level Status in Chemical Engineering, Mech Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related Engineering Field. Must be a current student, must not graduate before September 2025.
