Job Summary

The Staff Development Registered Nurse is a key member of our team, responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing the center's Staff Development Program. This role requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to effectively train and educate staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct training programs for staff members
  • Assess and evaluate staff performance
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure clinical competency of nursing staff
  • Manage the Employee Health program
  • Conduct certification or training programs for Nursing Assistants

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed as a RN required
  • Valid CPR teaching certificate, if applicable
  • Current with state Continuing Education (CE) Requirements
