As a Retail Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, meeting sales and service quality goals, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales and service quality goals, including cross-selling and upselling products and services.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Assist with member requests, such as taking passport photos, planning road trips, and distributing maps and tour books.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, banking, or customer service environment preferred.
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel locally when necessary.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.
- Eligibility to participate in incentive program based on team and individual performance.
