Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners to ensure optimal performance and image quality
  • Prepare patients for CT exams, including positioning, draping, and administering contrast media as needed
  • Produce high-quality CT images for diagnostic purposes, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and imaging quality
Requirements
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT
  • 1 year of experience in CT imaging, preferably in a Level 1 trauma center or large hospital setting
  • Siemens scanner experience preferred
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
