We are seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host at Chili's Grill & Bar in Lake Norman, NC. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive.

About the RoleAs a Host, your responsibilities will include:
- Giving a warm welcome to every guest
- Managing the wait list
- Communicating guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
- Answering the telephone within three rings and directing calls
- Assisting fellow Team Members when needed
