Job Overview
Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They're brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. As part of our Retail Team of Experts, you'll be working with your team to provide exceptional customer experiences while building your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve and Sell
    • Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey.
    • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
    • Sidewalk selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans that keep customers connected to people and lifestyle.
  • Digital Tools
    • Becomes skilled with digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate coverage, plans and services.
    • Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, knowledge of systems, and reference resources.
  • Relationships
    • Establish relationships with partners across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
    • Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment (Preferred)
  • Passionate customer advocate with desire to connect and have fun doing it (Required)
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in fast-paced sales environment (Required)
Salary & Benefits:
$16.50/hour + Incentives and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
