LeaderStat is seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in Charleston, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week contract. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse.
  • Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
  • Current State Licensure.
  • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
