Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. As a Medical-Surgical RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the State of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical and surgical procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
