Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency in processing large datasets.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to facilitate rapid and reliable software releases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation and technical specifications based on intricate business requirements.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across various teams to drive project success.
- Oversee multiple development streams, ensuring integration and adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor team members, providing guidance on technology and design best practices.
- Continuously assess and prototype new technologies to enhance business value and operational feasibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in Java EE development and familiarity with agile delivery models.
- Proficient in server-side technologies, including Java 8, J2EE, and related frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies and building RESTful and SOAP services.
- Strong understanding of security protocols for web services.
