EL PERFIL BUSCADO

Buscamos un conjunto de habilidades amplio y multiplataforma, pero habrá muchas oportunidades de aprendizaje sin importar cuántas de estas habilidades traigas contigo. También animamos a los solicitantes con antecedentes no tradicionales a postularse. Nuestro Ingeniero de Sistemas ideal es:

Competente en:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un rol técnico similar
  • Sistemas operativos de clase servidor
  • Sistemas operativos GNU/Linux - preferiblemente distribuciones basadas en Ubuntu
  • Tecnología de Windows Server
  • Proveedores de hosting en la nube - idealmente, Microsoft Azure
  • Herramientas de infraestructura como código, como Terraform
  • Herramientas de gestión de configuración - idealmente en un entorno multiplataforma como Puppet, Ansible o Salt
  • Herramientas de monitoreo, como Grafana y Prometheus
  • Sistemas de control de versiones basados en Git y herramientas como Bitbucket, GitLab o GitHub
  • Filosofías, prácticas y herramientas DevOps

Se requieren habilidades analíticas, cuantitativas y de resolución de problemas sólidas. La experiencia con Elastic Stack, Splunk o herramientas similares de gestión de registros centralizados, así como tecnologías de contenedores como Docker y herramientas de uso y scripting como PowerShell o Python, sería un plus. QUÉ ESPERAR COMO INGENIERO DE SISTEMAS

Dentro de 1 mes: Completarás tu orientación inicial y te familiarizarás con nuestro entorno, infraestructura y negocio. Comenzarás un plan de capacitación integral y multifuncional para aprender más sobre cada aspecto de nuestra firma.

Dentro de 3 meses: Comenzarás a comprender y proporcionar información sobre nuestras iniciativas técnicas existentes en la hoja de ruta del equipo de sistemas. Participarás de manera colaborativa en la implementación de cambios en la producción para nuestra configuración de servidores, infraestructura y sistemas operativos.

Dentro de 6 meses: Asumirás la responsabilidad de iniciativas técnicas de la hoja de ruta del equipo de sistemas, como la reestructuración de la infraestructura existente, liderando proyectos de mejora de herramientas o implementando nueva infraestructura. Ayudarás a crear y mejorar aspectos de nuestro pipeline CI/CD para gestionar nuestra flota de servidores físicos y virtuales.
