About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kia of Carmel. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the positive customer experience that we are known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, providing timely follow-up and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
