Application Management Specialist

ValidaTek is seeking a highly skilled Application Management SME to support our DISA customer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in virtualization, content management, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the knowledge expert for JSP virtualization and content management environments.
- Provide expertise in architecture, deployment, and sustainment of EMC VMware ESX virtual hosts, Virtual Machines, and Storage Area Network volume management.
- Perform daily operation, monitoring, and administration of distributed software applications and peripheral devices.
- Support the operation of unclassified and classified contact directories and associated directory synchronization application software.
- Support the operation of enterprise mail gateways and bridgehead systems.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer information systems, telecommunications, or management information systems.
- Information Assurance (IA) certification.
- Computing Environment (CE) certification.
- HBSS Certification.
- 5 years of progressive experience in systems engineering.
- 3 years of work-related experience in computer-related areas.
ValidaTek offers a competitive salary range of $95,577.60 to $159,296.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
