- Exhibit strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and resolution of technical challenges, ensuring quality and scalable design solutions.

- Guide project teams in adopting best practices for software development, including CI/CD methodologies and source code management (preferably DevOps).

- Architect enterprise-level solutions using service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices, focusing on high transaction systems and queue-based processing with messaging technologies like RabbitMQ or MSMQ.
