Position Title: Epic Healthcare Claims Specialist

Contract Type: 6-month Contract to Hire

Work Arrangement: Remote

Overview:

Our client operates as a third-party Revenue Cycle Management organization. Upon onboarding new clients, they implement a comprehensive list of enhancements aimed at optimizing operational efficiency. A significant portion of these improvements, approximately 120 initiatives, are directly associated with Epic systems, highlighting a growing demand for Epic optimization expertise.

In instances where a new client's Epic team is unable to manage the workload necessary for enhancing revenue cycle operations, our client allocates a dedicated team to provide support.

As new clients are being integrated, our client is expanding their team of Epic Certified Revenue Cycle Specialists.

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Certification in Hospital Billing with a focus on claims management.
  • Background in Revenue Cycle Operations is preferred.
  • Experience in consulting and optimizing operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in configuring and enhancing workflows while advising clients on their existing Epic systems.
  • Experience in building configurations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A positive and approachable demeanor.
