We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, CA. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing work order tickets in CMMS for services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security systems and building hardware, soft services or other projects as needed. You will also be responsible for ordering and inventorying uniforms and supplies, and ensuring unit staff has sufficient equipment and materials to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer experience and experience working CMMS ticketing systems

The estimated salary for this position is between $32.50 and $48.75 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
