Job Summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide education and support to patients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and nutrition management
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nutrition or dietetics
  • Licensed as a registered dietitian in the state of Nebraska or Iowa
  • Certified as a Diabetes Educator or Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management
