">About the Role

This is a full-time, regular position working standard and extended hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

">Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and professional best practices.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  4. Maintain accurate records of patient care and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  5. Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

">Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • CPR certification and ability to obtain PALS certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
