Essential Job Functions
  1. Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  2. Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
  3. Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
  4. Participate, implement, and update the nursing care plan.
  5. Take appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary Range

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English. Must be able to travel, lift 50 pounds, and reposition patients without assistance. Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting required.
