Job Overview

As a Warehouse Material Handler, your role will encompass a variety of tasks essential for the efficient management of materials and products within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of products, materials, and equipment.
  • Inspect and verify received goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining accurate records and rejecting any unsatisfactory items as necessary.
  • Handle heavy items and operate motorized equipment within the warehouse, including forklifts and cherry pickers.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for merchandise being shipped.
  • Record weights and shipping costs, ensuring goods are ready for final dispatch.
  • Assess, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on production lines.
  • Possibly prepare kitting packages for assembly operations.
  • Work on tasks that are semi-routine, requiring the ability to identify deviations from standard practices.
  • Receive general guidance on routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
Required Skills
  • Proficient in operating Forklifts and Reach Trucks
  • Experience in loading and unloading trailers
  • Ability to pick full pallets and cases
  • High school diploma or GED is required

This position is a Full-Time, Contract opportunity.

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19 to $21 per hour, based on various factors including education, experience, and specific job duties.
