Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Soliant. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing specialized behavior analysis services to K-12 students with behavioral and developmental challenges in Aurora, Independence, and Detroit, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' behavioral and developmental needs, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention strategies and programs in alignment with each student's IEP (Individualized Education Plan), and adjust interventions based on data and feedback to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and utilize data-driven insights to refine and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of behavior interventions, and provide training and support to educators and parents on behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, intervention plans, data collection, and student progress, and prepare detailed reports and documentation for compliance and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students with behavioral or developmental challenges, with prior experience in a school setting or with educational interventions preferred.
