Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor/Delivery Manager to oversee the management of our labor and delivery unit.


About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional maternity services, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care. Your leadership will ensure that patient care consistently meets high standards and that services are aligned with healthcare best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the assigned unit to ensure top-tier patient care is delivered at all times.
  • Coordinate nursing services and maintain adherence to established standards to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Utilize clinical expertise and management skills to support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Evaluate patient care processes and make necessary adjustments to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada, along with current ACLS, NRP, and BCLS certifications.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, with one (1) to two (2) years of progressive management experience.
  • Ability to provide care services tailored to the age-specific needs of patients in the unit.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
